The word righteousness will you found neither in the law books nor in the Federal Law Gazette. Is it fair to condemn someone who subjectively wanted to save a child's life because there is no formal legal justification or excuse? More about it here .
Is "rent nomadism" fair when the owner himself is endangered. On the other hand, does the eviction affect a family with children who are in need through no fault of their own? Neither the court nor we lawyers were there. We can't look behind anyone's forehead, as is often heard in the courtroom.

Again and again I read about pious wishes to "avoid arguments" as much as possible. Modernly, this is now called "mediation", meanwhile even a field of activity for one of the almost inflationary number of specialist lawyers. Basically, that's a good thing! Nevertheless, I often experience that in response to my written pleadings, the other side wants to sound out my willingness to negotiate. Well, if the procedural risk is higher than the possible compromise, I'll let myself be discussed about everything, just not about the rights and claims of my clients. A Munich professor for labor law headlined (NJW 29/2009, 2101 ff.): "Barbara E .: A lesson about dealing with the judiciary!" As a criminal director and trained criminalist, attorney Burgmer was head of the criminal police in large cities and the superior of numerous murder and special commissions for 20 years. Then at the State Criminal Police Office in North Rhine-Westphalia, head of the department for explosives offenses, crime scene work, computer and internet crime, international legal assistance and in Cologne, head of the white-collar crime department. In addition, lecturer at the FHS Public Administration NRW for criminal and criminal procedural law, criminology, state and constitutional law, methodology and technology of intellectual work as well as examiner for the senior police service.
As a trained pilot with the PPL A, B, C, UL licenses and the AZF professional license, attorney Burgmer also deals with questions of aviation security under the Aviation Security Act, your security screening under the SÜG, defense in the event of a violation of the Aviation Act, aircraft accident investigations, license revocation etc. .
